In recent years, with the increasing demand for diversified education from society, China, as one of the world's recognized major sources of international students, has become a frontier for universities in various study abroad destinations to attract outstanding Chinese students. 2026 Shanghai 17th International Education and Study Abroad Exhibition is expected to attract hundreds of institutions from over forty countries and regions worldwide. Students and parents who consulted on-site gained valuable insights. Leveraging years of successful event organization experience and accumulated resources, the organizing committee, based in East China, is pursuing an international and brand-oriented approach, striving to make the education exhibition the most representative brand exhibition in the education industry of the six provinces and one municipality of East China. This year's exhibition will see a qualitative leap in scale, effectiveness, and brand influence, truly building a bridge for overseas institutions and study abroad and immigration service agencies to deeply develop the education market in the six provinces and one municipality of East China, facilitating recruitment, international educational cooperation, and exchange.

Exhibition Range:

1.Preparatory schools, colleges and universities at home and abroad (whose academic qualifications and degrees are recognized or registered by the education authorities of the respective countries or their authorized authorities, and who are qualified to accept foreign students from home and abroad), K-12 early childhood study abroad area.

2.Vocational training schools at home and abroad

3.Language training schools and institutions both domestically and internationally; study abroad related services

(banks, accommodation, airlines).

4.Consult domestic and international government education institutions, embassies and consulates.

5.Vocational support services and private education enrollment consultation exhibition area; various university and college entrance examination enrollment consultation exhibition area; K-12 early childhood study abroad education institutions and comprehensive service exhibition area.

Charging Standard:

Standard booth：(3x3=9 ㎡) 5000 USD

(booth configuration: English fascia board, a round negotiation table and four chairs; one table, two chairs, carpet, one 220V power socket and two spotlights.)

B、Special booth: 520 USD / square meter

( Booth: Minimum 36 sq.m, does not provide any configuration, exhibitors can arrange special decoration or commissioned units recommended exhibition company)

Exhibition participation procedure

A. Fill in the Application Form, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee. The exhibitor shall, upon the requirement of the payment notice, pay 50% of the exhibition fee as the deposit within 3 days in order to reserve the booth. The booth balance payment must be paid before June 2nd, 2026, and lump-sum payment is welcome. Or, the exhibitor will be regarded as giving up the right to exhibit by the organizing authority. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition after the registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.

B. After the confirmation of the booth, Exhibitors Manual shall be sent to the exhibitor by the organizing authority. Manual includes information on exhibits transportation, booth design and set up, travel and transportation

guide ，furniture rental service and other information.

The distribution principle of the booth order is “first application, first payment, first arrangement”. The organizing authority can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the deposit of the exhibition fee.
